Staff Procurement Engineer

1. Manage all procurement, sourcing and supplier-focused activities in accordance with procurement strategies and regulations within product portfolio and/or customer sales projects in order to reach project targets.

2. Manage Bill of Material (BOM) cost target and data for component lead times.

3. Analyze the material demand within product portfolio and/or customer sales projects based on the marketing/ sales forecasts.

4. Perform and/ or support negotiations in close alignment with the Commodity Business Management and Contract Management.

5. Drive and perform sourcing decision tasks on the basis of Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) criteria in timely and close alignment with the Commodity Business Management

1. Bachelor degree or above, major in electronics or mechanics；

2. 5+ years of experience;

3. Procurement knowledge and technical knowledge with electronic components;

4. Language requirements: fluent in English (written & spoken);

5. Excel & Word
