Recruitment
1. Talent Pool Maintenance
*Regularly update the information in the talent pool to ensure the accuracy and timeliness of candidate data.
*Categorize and label candidates in the talent pool to quickly screen suitable candidates according to different job requirements.
*Maintain regular communication with potential candidates to maintain good relationships.

1.2 Talent Sourcing
*Develop diversified talent sourcing strategies, including the effective utilization of channels such as online recruitment platforms, social media and professional forums.
*Write attractive recruitment advertisements and job descriptions based on job requirements to attract high-quality candidates.
*Actively search for outstanding talents in the industry, establish a list of potential candidates, and conduct preliminary communication and evaluation.
3. Interview Organizing
*Coordinate with the client and shipyard to determine the interview time, location, and interviewer arrangement.
*Ensure a comfortable and clean interview environment to provide a good interview experience for candidates.
*During the interview, be responsible for recording the interview process and key points and assist the interviewer in effectively managing the interview process.
4. Recruitment Procedure Documentation
*Develop and improve relevant documents of the recruitment process, including recruitment policies, operation guides, flowcharts, etc.
*Record various data and information in the recruitment process, such as the number of candidates, interview pass rate, recruitment cycle, etc., for data analysis and process optimization.
*Regularly review and update the recruitment documents to ensure they comply with the company's development and regulatory requirements.
Staffing
1. Labor Contract Management
*Be responsible for drafting, revising, and reviewing labor contracts to ensure that the contract content complies with laws, regulations, and company policies.
*Handle the procedures of signing, changing, terminating, and ending labor contracts, and timely file the relevant documents.
*Track the expiration of labor contracts and communicate with employees and the hiring department in advance about renewal matters.
*Answer employees' questions about labor contracts and provide relevant contract basis when handling labor disputes and controversies.
2. Employee Documentation Management
*Establish and maintain employees' personal files, including information such as entry materials, training records, performance evaluations, salary changes, etc.
*Ensure the confidentiality and security of employees' files, and access, borrow, and transfer files in accordance with the prescribed procedures.
*Regularly sort and update employees' files to ensure the integrity and accuracy of file information.
*Assist in conducting employee background checks and verifying the relevant information provided by employees.
3. Attendance Management
*Develop and improve the attendance system, clarify the attendance rules and procedures.
*Be responsible for collecting, statistics, and analyzing employees' daily attendance data, handling abnormal attendance situations such as late arrival, early departure, and absenteeism.
*Review and summarize employees' leave applications to ensure the compliance of leave procedures.
4. Work Permit (for Expat Staff) Application
*Understand the relevant laws, regulations, and policy requirements for expat staff to work in China.
*Assist expat staff in preparing the materials required for the work permit application, such as passports, educational certificates, work experience certificates, etc.
*Be responsible for submitting the work permit application to the relevant government departments, tracking the application progress, and timely feedback to the expat staff and the company's relevant departments.
*Handle the procedures of work permit extension, change, and cancellation to ensure the legality of expat staff working in China.
5. Accommodation Management for Expat Staff
*Provide accommodation consultation and guidance for expat staff to help them understand the local rental market and accommodation environment.
*Assist expat staff in finding suitable accommodation sources and communicate and negotiate with landlords or intermediaries.
*Handle the relevant procedures of expat staff's accommodation, such as lease contract signing, check-in registration, etc.
*Regularly inspect and maintain the accommodation of expat staff to ensure the safety and comfort of the accommodation environment.
*Coordinate and solve the problems and disputes encountered by expat staff in the accommodation process.
Qualifications and Requirements
1. Education
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
