Fixed Income Specialist

1. Develop and maintain Fixed income installment (Derivatives, FX, Repo & etc) and business relationships with customers and RM team, and collaborate well with both internal departments as well as external clients.

2. Understand client needs and provide clients with fixed income product with originality and quotations, deal executions with relevant department and solution pitching services on a timely basis.

3. Explore new business potentials and broaden existing and potential client base.

4. Prepare timely fixed income Market updates/Proposals to relevant clients in the industry.

5. Follow internal and external procedures, policies and guidelines in daily work. Follow bank's 5 values.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor degree or above (Economics, Statistics or Finance background are preferred).

2. Huge interest and solid working experience in fixed income business area which has security derivatives (TRS, for example), China Onshore/Offshore cross-border solution knowledge.

3. Be able to promote fixed income solution to issuers and investors.

4. Client oriented, solution driven, hungry for success and team player with strong win-win mentality.

5. Have strong coordination, learning ability and communication skills in both English/Japanese and Chinese Business environment.

6. Proficient in MS-OFFICE(Excel/PowerPoint), could skillfully produce PPT materials and data analysis work in business promotion.
