Oversee the preventative and periodic maintenance required to optimize the facilities, equipment and building equipment. Lead and manage maintenance or contract providers to repair any equipment or facility failures that jeopardize safety or impact production. 监督CHINCO所需设备设施的预防性和定期维护，以优化设施、设备等。领导和管理维护或合同供应商维修任何危及安全或影响生产的设备或设施故障。
61 Responsible for the maintenance of factory facilities and workshop equipment. 负责工厂设施和车间设备的维护保养。
61 Make the preventive maintenance plans for facilities and equipment, coordinate internal resources and external resources, implement, and evaluate according to maintenance plan. 制定设施与设备的预防性维护计划，协调内部资源和外部资源，根据维护计划实施和评估。
61 Participate in making spare parts strategy, improve spare parts management, and gradually establish spare parts safety inventory. 参与制定备品备件战略，完善备品备件管理，逐步建立备品备件安全库存。
