- To lead process improvement, like cycle time studies, line balance and so on

- Support daily production floor activities to touch the QCDSM target

- Train and coach process technician, operator and other related people

- Achieve other tasks his supervisor asked.

- Support NPL to launch new project according to APDS and make sure new project can be seamless launched

- Support VEVA leader to finish the VEVA task

- Use APS tools to improve DPMU,LMPU and productivity

- Use PLM system to maintain M-BOM and related files

- Continuous improvement

专业知识要求：

● Familiar with technological process process, including equipment, tooling and parameter adjustment.

● Familiar with quality management system, such as TS16949,QS9000 or VDA

● Familiar with Flow chart、PFMEA、SPC、8D.

● Good at lean production system

● Skilled computer tools, eg. MSOFFICE, Power BI, Auto CAD, UG, Pro-E or Catia

● Familiar with machining process & Fanuc robot trial run experience is a plus

● Familiar with DAB Leather Cover is a plus.
