项目采购

1.配合总部新项目询价，及时跟进BP状态发放图纸，汇总厂商图纸评审结果反馈给项目工程师，收集各厂家报价并进行初步评估; support HQ on RFQ for new programs, on time follow BP situation and release drawings, collect the result from supplier side and feedback to engineering, collect quotes and review primarily;

2.厂商定点前的价格谈判，图纸确认，模具费用的申请以及模具订单的发放。根据项目进度节点在MAPICS中下单，通知供应商按时提交样件 quote negotiation, drawing confirmation before nomination, tooling fee application and tooling PO release. Release PO in Magics according to programs timing, inform supplier to submit samples on time;

3.样件到厂后，联络SQE检验，通知项目经理，检验合格后跟项目做好书面移交工作，并通知物流入账 inform SQE to inspect sample and program manager, after inspection acceptance to switch situation to program and inform material dept to RP;

4.跟进PSW的批准进度，收到批准后安排模具费用的请款，及时上交财务并跟进付款日期 follow up PSW approval progress, on time arrange tooling payment after PSW approval and follow the payment situation;

5.量产项目零件的Mapics和Power Link系统价格维护，价格变动时及时更新并通知到财务部门，配合财务确认系统价格正确性 maintain price in Magics and Power Link system, on time inform finance once there is price changing;

6.提交分供方SCR给总部批准，同时召开厂内相关单位的沟通会议，跟踪进度直到拿到SCR FINAL SIGN OFF; Submit supplier SCR to HQ for approval, set up meeting with related dept and follow the progress till sign off;

7.相关邮件的列印，保证订单的完整性和可追溯性。

保证项目采购件文本订单的存档完整性

Make suer the PO integrity and traceability, make sure all of docs saved;

8.及时更新分供方绩效表（每季度），保存KPI电子档数据，及时更新分供方联系方式（每年度）并知会到物流和品质单位; on time update supplier’s performance sheet( quarterly), on time update supplier list( annually) and inform material and quality dept;

9.年度降价资料的保存和收集，整理最新单价并在系统中更改，同时以报表的形式告知总部，分享给昆山厂财务部门; collect and save docs of annual saving, update new price in system and send price changing report to HQ and let finance to it

10.其他部门经理交待的事宜 other tasks that defined by manager

1.汽车行业3~5年工作经验
