Here, you are expected to do solid works, participate in the research and development activities:

1. Participate in practice: Assist R&D engineers in small-scale development of new products, including formula weighing, sample preparation, basic physical and chemical index testing, etc.

2. Experimental support: Responsible for cleaning, maintaining, and managing commonly used laboratory equipment; Assist in recording, organizing, and conducting preliminary analysis of experimental data.

3. Market Exploration: Participate in the collection and preliminary sensory evaluation of some market competitors, and learn how to analyze products from a professional perspective.

4. Documentation: Learn and assist in organizing product technical documents, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and others.

5. Cross departmental experience: the opportunity to understand the daily work of departments such as production and quality, and establish an understanding of the food industry.

Requirements

必备条件：

1. Education and major

学历与专业：

Full time undergraduate or recent graduates, majoring in food science, food engineering, dairy engineering, biotechnology, applied chemistry, nutrition and other related fields.

全日制本科及以上在校生或应届毕业生，食品科学、食品工程、乳品工程、生物技术、应用化学、营养学等相关专业。

2. Technical knowledge:

专业知识：

Solid foundation in technical courses, familiar with important courses such as food chemistry, food microbiology, and food technology.

具备扎实的专业课基础，熟悉食品化学、食品微生物学、食品工艺学等核心课程知识。

3. Practical knowledge

实践能力：

Good hands-on skills and relevant operational experience in school laboratories, such as weighing, blending, and using basic instruments.

具备良好的动手能力，在学校实验室有过相关操作经验（如称量、调配、使用基础仪器等）。

Proficient in using Office software (especially Excel and Word) for data recording and report writing.

能熟练使用Office办公软件（尤其是Excel和Word）进行数据记录和报告撰写。
