职位描述
1.接到分厂相关部门外协件质量问题信息，应及时采取有效措施，促进外协件质量改进，保证焊接线生产需要。新项目按照规划要求，制定三坐标程序计划。
When receiving the information about the quality problems of purchased parts from the relevant departments of the branch, effective measures should be taken to promote the quality improvement of the purchased parts and ensure the production needs of welding lines.
2.根据总部与供应商签订的00质量保证协议03，对供应商供货质量进行统计并评价，提高外协件质量水平。According to the "Quality Assurance Agreement" signed by the headquarters and the suppliers, statistics and evaluations of the supplier's supply quality are carried out to improve the quality of purchased parts.
3.对分厂供应商不定期进行飞行检查及走访，及时发现影响外协件质量因素，提高供应商质量保证能力。Organize the unscheduled flying audit and visit to the suppliers, find out the factors affecting the quality of purchased parts in time, improve the quality assurance ability of suppliers.
4.为保证生产需要，对大众公司指定的供应商及分厂自发包供应商供货零件质量负责，同时对供应商出现的批量、重大质量问题负责信息反馈、升级管理。

5.对分厂外协件进行入口检查、判断、处置，保证焊接线生产需要。
