Ensuring that current quality standard and policies are understood and enforced as well as establishing standards and policies when necessary

Providing leader ship in problem analysis and corrective action, implement and manage corrective action system and procedure

Performing a key role in defining and continually improving the company's quality manual

Ensure vendors and suppliers compliance to company's quality requirements and guidelines

Ensuring that key working relationships with all department are maintained effectively

Work closely with various team in enhancing manufacturing standards and systems to maximize suppliers' and vendors' quality performance

Regularly reporting key quality issues to top management

职位要求Requirements：

Degree holder in Engineering, Manufacturing, Mechanical or related discipline

5 years or above experience in QA field & experience in scaffolding industry is advantage

Proven experience in manufacturing process management and development of performance and quality improvement strategies

Manufacturing and ISO experience is an advantage

Excellent analytical and problem solving skills

Excellent interpersonal and presentation skill

Proficiency in both written and spoken English

Stationed in Wuxi, need to travel to other Asian countries
