岗位职责
1. HSE and risk control HSE及风险控制
Implementing BANC HSE standards, identify the risks in customer service process and logistics process. Report to China Domestic Logistic Manager and prepare action plans. Execute the action plan once approved by management to minimize Adisseo exposure to risks
执行公司HSE标准，识别在对客户服务过程中和物流环节中的风险。向中国区物流经理报告并准备相应的行动计划，并在得到管理层批准后组织实施，最小化安迪苏面临的风险。
2. Daily sales allocation, order processing, order tracking, collection basis and exception handling.
市场销售订单分配，订单处理，订单跟踪，收款和异常处理。
3. Customer inquiry and communication, provide relevant information, or convey information that can be requested.
客户查询与沟通，并正向的提供相关信息，传达相互需求。
4. Connect with salesmen, provide relevant information, documents, or other sales and after-sales service support.
联系销售人员，提供相关信息,文件，其它的售后服务和服务支持。
5. Train sales or customers to use e-commerce system, connect with e-commerce team, feedback problems and coordinate system improvement.
培训销售或客户使用电子商务系统，与电子商务团队联系，反馈问题并协调系统改进。
6. Customer data creation and customer file management.
客户数据及文件管理。
7. Handle invoice issue and assist transportation/Year-end inventory.
处理发票签发和协助运输/年终盘点。
8. Other tasks assigned by supervisors.
其它由上级主管安排的相关工作事项。
任职要求
1. Bachelor's degree, Supply chain, logistics and other related majors.
本科，供应链、物流等其他相关专业。
2. More than 3 years working experience, chemical industry experience is preferred.
3年以上工作经验，有化工行业工作经验者优先。
3. Familiar with the production, sales and logistics process of products.
熟悉生产环节，销售，物流流程。
4. Keen understanding and observation of market/ customer service / sales / logistic.
对市场/客户服务/销售/物流具有自己的理解和观点。
5. Familiar with SAP system and TMS/WMS system.
熟悉SAP和TMS/WMS系统。
6. Put client requirement first, recognize and follow Adisseo value.

7. Have good communication skill.
