1. - Take in charge for mechanical and electrical maintenance for the whole equipment，Field maintenance ability is relatively strong。

- 负责所有生产设备的机电维修及预防性维护，现场维修动手能力比较强

2. - Be familiar with the guideline manual, including pneumatic, hydraulic, mechanical diagram，electrical diagram;

- 读懂理解生产设备使用说明书，含气动，液压，机械图纸，电气图纸

3. - Familiar with automation， solve electrical problems by good knowledge of PLC programming,

-熟悉自动化设备，维护PLC程序，对于复杂停机情况，通过PLC程序，分析问题点，调试程序来解决生产停机的电气问题。

4. - Provide the specification of spare parts , fill in maintenance shift record，being familiar with SAP is preferred

- 提供备件型号参数，填写维修记录，熟悉SAP为***；

5. - Timely checking the situation of equipment and timely maintenance, and timely updating the PM/TPM content list;

- 定时检查设备运行状况、及时进行预防性维修和保养，并根据情况，及时更新维护保养清单；

6. - Instruct the operator to perform autonomous maintenance;

- 指导操作员自主维护工作；

7. - Follow the work arrangement from the direct supervisor.

- 服从主管安排的其他工作.

Hands on PLC programming and diagnostic is desired

必需熟悉PLC编程和诊断

Be familiar with electrical line & theory is desired

必需熟悉电气线路及原理

Hands on with mechanical tools application

能熟练运用机械工具

Be familiar with Hydraulic system

熟悉液压系统

Be familiar with pneumatic system

熟悉气动系统

Familiar with automotive electronics manufacturing process and equipment is highly preferred
