2、Communicate on a regular basis to all stakeholders with full transparency, and escalation if necessary.

3、Work as the Project Owner, be accountable of the project KPI in terms of delivery on time and price deviation etc.

4、Formalize Project BPS (Best Practice Sharing) as a project summary + lesson learned + technical & project management experience sharing to relevant stakeholders.

5、Drive efficient communication among project team members and all stakeholders to secure necessary resources and efforts, with escalation, if necessary, to eventually secure the successful launching of the new projects.

6、Managing and reporting most updated project status to stakeholders and managements in a regular basis. Be fully transparent and more importantly be proactively addressing the project risks in terms of technical, quality, cost and schedule, driving for solutions with the maximum efforts from the whole project team.

Requirements:

1、Bachelor's degree or above in Mechanical, Electrical, Process Engineering or other related majors.

2、At least 8 years of experience in Project Management, working for multinational company or providing service to international company is preferred.

3、Familiar with home appliances products in an advantage.

4、Fluent in oral and written English.

5、Good time management skill and excellent communication skill.
