SMT Quality Engineer

1. Responsible for quality control during the mass production phase (SMT and DIP), preparing process quality control plans and inspection instructions

2. Responsible for quality control of electronic raw materials and preparing inspection instructions for electronic raw materials

3. According to the requirements of the non-conforming product control procedure, responsible for determining non-conforming products during the process, and organizing analysis, improvement, and continuous improvement,

4. Responsible for organizing analysis and improvement of issues related to external customer complaints and after-sales failures in batch products

Qualifications Required必需的资格:

1. College degree or above in Electronic Engineering or Automotive related fields

2. At least two years of relevant work experience in the SMT industry or new energy vehicle electronic control industry

3. Familiar with quality system requirements such as VDA6.3 or IATF16949, with IATF16949- Internal Auditor Qualification Certificate preferred;

4. Familiar with IPC-A-610 and ANSI/ESD S20.20 standards, with IPC-A-610CIS qualification certificate preferred;

5. Proficient in using the seven QC techniques, 8D, and five quality tools;

6. Proficient in MS office software;

7. Possess certain English reading and writing skills;

8. Good team work ability: Good at solving problems.
