Overall responsibility is to lead and execute our procurement strategies across multiple product categories. Be the expert in the product portfolio assigned, and overall day-to day management of factory relationships.
IMPORTANT AND ESSENTIAL DUTIES
1. Possess leadership and responsible characters
2. Develop, lead and inspire team members, manage purchasing for assigned product lines.
3. Develop sourcing requirements and coordinating all aspects of assigned product lines including vendor selection, product selection, product development,, product end-of-life, etc.
5. Review and confirm product specifications and development schedule
6. Work extensively with US office product team
7. Communicate, analyze, and forecast business requirements for assigned vendors
9. Analysis of purchase data to review opportunities to consolidate demand, lower costs, and or improve the ordering process.
10. Able to work independently on multiple tasks. Responsible attitude.
JOB RELATED AND ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS
1. Over 3 years of relevant professional management experience required. Ability to work under PRESSURE and be able to multitask.
2. Experience in one or more of the following areas: purchasing, product marketing, product/program
3. OEM/ODM experience
4. English proficiency is a MUST
5. Ability to create and conduct monthly and quarterly business reviews and presentations
6. Opportunity and required to travel to USA, Vietnam or other locations for business trainings and meetings
7. Adhere to the highest level of integrity and ethics
