1, Be responsible for the overall mechanical design, analysis, documentation and functional validation for BBU and shelf products

2, Innovative mechanical improvement and VAVE for developed products

3, Collaborate with internal and external teams (i.e. cross-function team, manufacturing, quality, suppliers,etc.) to ensure the successful development and launch of new products

4, Support product pre-research, spec clarification and cost analysis

5, Contribute to the development of mechanical tooling and production part qualification.

The experience we’re looking to add to our team:

1, Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering or similar.

2, 3+ years of experience in mechanical design, preferably in lithium battery pack product or UPS product design

3, Strong CAD & pro-E/Creo skill

4, Experience resolving tolerance stack-up and interference issues on 3D models.

5, Awareness of manufacturing processes including injection molding, metals fabrication and secondary finishing process

6, Demonstrated problem solving skills and creative, analytical and detail orientated work ethic.
