供应商开发工程师（电子件）

1. Education degree (min. / optimum): Mechanical/ Electromechanical/Electronic engineer or equivalent.

2. Minimum 3 years in Automotive Industry experience in quality field, experienced in process and/or system Audits.

3. Good command of English in both Spoken and Written;

3. Fluent English mandatory, German or Italian welcome.

4. Knowledge of AL products and processes

5. Knowledge of Automotive Industry Requirements

6. Knowledge of Quality, Environmental and safety requirements

7. MS office user: Excel, Word, Microsoft Outlook, Windows, Power point, Internet,…

8. Perfect knowledge of approach and experience in New component development in Projects:

？ -Supplier selection Pre-Process Audits, Requirement files, Quality Assurance File,

？ -Process Audits/Run@Rates, Initial Samples Control Reports validation.

9. Experienced in Process Audits.

10. Knowledge and practice of quality tools : Auto Quality Matrix ,FMEA, SPC ,CPK, Pareto-etc…

11. Knowledge and experience in problem solving methods: 8D, 5 whys, Ishikawa, FTA, LLC…

12. Knowledge of Quality Norms: IATF 16949-VDA6.

13. Project Management knowledge.

Responsibility

1. Prepare the new component in Projects list and activity planning.

2. Establish the Monthly New Projects Components Reporting.

3. Guarantee the implementation of all Quality validation steps for New components and suppliers:

– Supplier Selection: Visit new supplier, validate selection steps with support of buyer/Project buyer.

– Define the Requirements File for new suppliers and new components in Projects.

– Validate Quality Assurance File of supplier.

– Validate supplier processes by performing process audits and Run @ Rate.

– Validate Initial Samples delivered by supplier.

4. Insure the Qualification of New components in projects before SOP.

5. Manage New components in Projects with Project Buyer/Buyer/Project Manager and Suppliers.

6. Organize Project reviews with suppliers and AL Teams.

7. Organize technical meetings and drawing/specifications reviews with suppliers and R&D

8. Manage all activities linked to modifications during Component Project development: planning, IS validation…

9. Work timely on other tasks as assigned by the Dept. Manager.
