MEMS设计工程师

1、负责火焰探测器、生物传感器、气体传感器等MEMS器件电路的设计。

2、负责传感器阵列电路的设计，将模拟信号转换为数字信号，并进行数据处理。

3、利用先进的工具和编程语言进行电路仿真、测试和验证。

4、参与开发先进智能传感器新项目。

5、协助建立和完善部门制度、流程及规范，优化流程。

6、负责相关技术文档、项目材料、专利的编写。

7、参与其他传感器项目的开发，完成上级交办的其他事项。

任职要求：

1、本科或硕士学历，1-5年半导体行业相关MEMS器件设计工作经验，英语口语流利优先。

2、具体传感器系统电路设计经验，如火焰探测器、气体传感器、生物传感器和光学传感器等。具有信号转换、放大和滤波技术方面的经验。

3、掌握大型传感器阵列设计经验和有效处理多个传感器信号的技术经验。

4、精通Python、C/C++、VHDL/Verilog、MATLAB或其他用于电路测试和硬件开发的编程语言。

5、熟练使用Cadence、Mentor Graphics、Altium Designer、Keysight ADS等EDA工具，在电路设计、仿真和验证方面经验丰富。

6、精通PCB设计、电路设计和MCU，熟悉DSP或FPGA编程。

7、注重细节，具有良好的团队协助能力、持续学习和创新能力。

8、具有良好的报告、文档、材料编写能力，为设计研发输出各类技术规范、手册和材料。

9、具有良好的英语听说读写能力，拥有良好的中英文沟通能力。

Key Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for the design of MEMS device circuits such as flame detectors, biosensors, and gas sensors.

2. Responsible for the design of sensor array circuits, converting analog signals into digital signals, and performing data processing.

3. Utilize advanced tools and programming languages for circuit simulation, testing, and validation.

4. Participate in the development of advanced intelligent sensor new projects.

5. Assist in establishing and improving departmental systems, processes, and standards, and optimizing processes.

6. Responsible for writing relevant technical documents, project materials, and patents.

7. Participate in the development of other sensor projects and complete other tasks assigned by superiors.

Qualifications:

1.Bechelor or Master, and 1-5 years Industry Experience，Fluent spoken English is preferred.

2.Circuit Design: Proven expertise in designing circuits for sensor systems, including flame detector, gas sensors, biosensors, and optical sensors. Experience with signal conversion, amplification, and filtering techniques.

3.Sensor Array Design: Experience with large sensor arrays and techniques for handling multiple sensors signal effectively.

4.Programming Languages: Proficiency in Python, C/C++, VHDL/Verilog, MATLAB, or other programming languages for both circuit testing and hardware development.

5.EDA Tools: Extensive experience using EDA tools like Cadence, Mentor Graphics, Altium Designer, Keysight ADS for circuit design, simulation, and verification.

6. Proficient in PCB design, circuit design, and MCU, familiar with DSP or FPGA programming.

7. Pay attention to details, good team assistance ability, continuous learning and innovation ability.

8.Good report, document and material writing ability, output various technical specifications, manuals and materials for design and development.

9.Good English listening, speaking, reading and writing skills, good Chinese-English communication skills.
