2. Responsible for executing GE&A or R&D test independently and feedback test result to R&D as requests负责独立执行GE&A或R&D测试，并根据要求将测试结果反馈给R&D.

3. Responsible for machine maintenance and cleaning of pilot plant负责中试设备的机器维护和清洁.

4. Responsible for trouble-shooting, upgrade and retrofitring of machines in pilot plant负责试验工厂的机器故障排除、升级和改装.

5. Make overhaul and PM plan, and execute/Lead machine overhaul yearly to keep machine in well condition制定大修和预防性维护计划，每年执行/领导机器大修，以保持机器处于良好状态.

6. Based on good understanding of machine, support to analyze the root cause with R&D team when issues occurred在充分了解机器的基础上，支持研发团队在出现问题时分析根本原因.

7. Assist R&D to establish test procedure/work instruction for new test and test report. .协助研发部建立新测试和测试报告的测试程序/工作指导书.

8. Assist manager to organize and coordinate site management work, such as temp workers management, EHS/5S management, optimizing service procedure with cost- effective way协助经理组织和协调现场管理工作，如临时工管理、EHS/5S管理、以经济高效的方式优化服务程序.
