JOB SUMMARY
61 The Sales Distributor Manger is responsible for developing and managing relationships with distributors to drive sales growth, ensure effective distribution of XRT products and achieve revenue targets. This role includes strategic planning, performance monitoring and collaboration with internal teams to support distributor success
Key Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
61 Develop and maintain strong relationships with key distributors
61 Identify and onboard new distribution partners in line with strategic business goals
61 Conduct regular performance reviews and provide support to improve sales
61 Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve regional targets
61 Monitor distributor sales performance and market trends
61 Collaborate with Product Line Managers and marketing to support promotional campaigns and product launches.
61 Provide training and product knowledge
61 Ensure distributors are aligned with product standards, pricing and compliance requirements.
61 Track and report on distributor KPIs, sales forecasts and inventory levels
61 Analyse data to identify opportunities for growth and efficiency
61 Work closely with other functions to ensure smooth operations
61 Act as a liaison between the company and distributors to resolve issues and improve service levels
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENT
61 Degree qualified or equivalent
61 5+ years’ experience in sales, with at least 2 years in distributor management
61 Strong negotiation, communication and relationship-building skills
61 Willingness to travel as required.

61 Advanced Microsoft Office, Project and in particular excel skills.
