Maintenance Engineer / 维护工程师

Be responsible for the maintenance, repairing and continuous improvement of production equipment, ensure the normal, reliable running of production equipment.

Establish the equipment TPM and urgent plan, and implement.

Analyze the reason of equipment down time and find the action plan to reduce down time..

Provide technical training and support to all maintenance technicians, improve their capability of trouble shooting.

Complete other works arranged by supervisor.

Be responsible for all safety related for maintenance.

Strictly abide the EHS rules and regulations and behavior guide line in the plant; wear PPE in right way; actively participate in EHS training; do housekeeping at work; report accidents and unsafe issues immediately join the accident disposal. Specific presentation can be reached in TMS system and individual job description.

Requirements/Qualifications:

Bachelor degree on mechanical or mechanical-electrical,

3+ years experience on mechanical equipment (especially automation equipment) maintenance,

Capable on mechanical design, dimension and tolerance analyze,

Knowledge of metal and plastic materials, machining process, heat treatment process,

Knowledge of electrical, pneumatic and hydraulic, PLC, control motor and sensors,

Good skill on MS Office, Auto CAD, Solid Works and other design software,

Program management knowledge is a plus,

Must with electrician certificate

Good English skill at reading and writing.
