生产计划Planner

1) Ensure a optimize production plan being generated with consideration of demand, machine and Labor capacity, operation efficiency and material availability

按照客户需求，设备人员情况，生产效率，材料情况建立和优化生产计划

2) Responsible for ensuring coordination and release of materials required to meet production schedules and customer requirements. While developing procedures and systems to optimize , ensure availability, and achieve appropriate inventory levels and integrity in accordance with department goals and objectives.

负责安排生产计划以满足客户需求，优化生产，优化产品，在制品，原材料库存，达到公司的目标

3) Communicate with manufacturing for machine and labor capacity, and provide both short term and long term demand information as input.

与生产部门交流生产具体情况，包括人员设备情况，提供短期和长期的生产计划

4) Identify potential bottleneck of production plan and propose solutions.

了解生产工艺和生产瓶颈，并提出改善方案

5) Lead the management of the inventory and as contact person to central production Planning function.

领导仓库的管理和中央生产计划部保持联系

6) Initiate new projects, participate in sample production planning for new projects, arrange personnel and provide equipment, and provide logistical support

新项目立项，参与新项目的样件生产计划，安排人员和提供设备，并予以后勤支持
