Job Responsibilities:
Provide support in reviewing shipping documents such as PPAP, CoC and inspection reports, ensure correct information is sent to the customer
Review, audit and summarize customer specification
Technical assessment, auditing and summarizing of technical information necessary for quotation.
Provide pre and post sales technical support to internal customers
Provide on time and accurate responses on email inquiries.
Global coordination and assistance on issue resolution an d support request through effective communication with various departments(factory, sales & purchasing).
Artwork review, comparison an d basic Gerber file modification as needed
Design for manufacturability review.
Will be responsible for additional tasks as assigned by reporting manager.
Job requirements
Degree in chemical/mechanical/ industry engineering. BS in computer engineering would be preferred.
Minimum 4 years of product engineering or quotation experiences in PCB manufacturing industry.
PCB pricing knowledge.
Sound knowledge of PCB Manufacturing.
Experience on UCAM, Cam 350 an d Genesis.
Altium, Allegro or Cadence experience preferred.
Excellent negotiation skills.
Fluent in written and oral English.
Self-motivated, can work under limited supervision.
Good communication skills.
Willing to take responsibility an d work under pressure.
With at least one year of PCB CAM experience.
Proficient in MS Office Application
