Essential Duties and Responsibilities
基本职责
1. HR Business Partner: Act as the local HRBP to manage daily HR and administrative operations, providing full-spectrum HR support to management and employees.
作为人力资源业务伙伴,负责日常人事及行政管理,为管理层和员工提供全面人力资源支持。
2. Strategy Execution: Implement global and regional HR strategies locally, ensuring alignment with corporate HR policies, standards, and culture.
执行全球与区域人力资源战略,确保符合集团人力资源政策、标准与文化。
3. Local Compliance & Policy: Develop, update, and enforce local HR policies in line with Chinese labor laws and PALFINGER group requirements.
制定、更新并执行符合中国劳动法规及帕尔菲格集团要求的人力资源政策。
4. Talent Management: Lead recruitment, onboarding, development, and retention programs to secure a skilled and motivated workforce.
主导招聘、入职、员工发展与保留项目,确保公司拥有高素质且积极的员工队伍。
5. Compensation & Performance: Manage salary and benefits schemes, performance management, and incentive programs to ensure fairness and competitiveness.
管理薪酬福利体系、绩效考核及激励机制,确保公平及具市场竞争力。
6. Employee Relations: Promote effective two-way communication and positive employee relations; handle disputes and disciplinary issues appropriately.
推动良好的双向沟通与员工关系管理;妥善处理劳动纠纷与纪律问题。
7. Training & Development: Develop annual training plans and drive leadership and skill enhancement activities.
制定年度培训计划,推动领导力及技能发展活动。
8. Admin & Cost Control: Oversee company administrative functions (logistics, facilities, security, canteen, accommodation), manage departmental budgets, and ensure cost control.
监督公司行政事务(后勤、安保、宿舍、食堂等),制定部门年度预算并严格控制成本。
9. Continuous Improvement: Monitor HR KPIs, identify improvement opportunities, and lead change initiatives for organizational efficiency.
监控人力资源关键绩效指标,识别改进机会,推动持续改进项目以提升组织效能。
Job Qualifications
职位所需资格
1. Excellent written and verbal communication; strong team leadership and cross-functional coordination skills.
优秀的中英文沟通与表达能力,具备团队领导和跨部门协调能力。
2. Ability to translate business goals into actionable HR and administrative programs.
能够将业务目标转化为具体的人事与行政措施。
3. Deep knowledge in talent acquisition, C&B management, labor law, performance appraisal, and employee relations.
熟悉招聘、薪酬管理、劳动法、绩效评估与员工关系。
4. Strong command of spoken and written English.
具备熟练的英语口语及书面表达能力。
5. Familiar with Chinese labor laws and related compliance frameworks.
熟悉中国劳动法规及相关合规体系。
6. Minimum 12 years’ experience in HR management, preferably in manufacturing or JV environment; experience in multinational company is an advantage.
至少12年人力资源管理工作经验,具备制造业或合资企业背景者优先;有跨国公司经验者佳。
7. Bachelor’s degree or above in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
本科及以上学历, 人力资源或工商管理等相关专业优先。
8. HR professional certification preferred (e.g., CHRP or equivalent).
拥有人力资源相关资格证书者优先(如CHRP等)。
