Responsibilities
61 Project management
o Drive and manage initiatives on analytics tools and scalable data solutions.
o Identify and manage issues, risks and dependencies during the project.
61 Requirement analysis and management
o Collect common data requests and work with BI engineer to provide reporting solution
o Work with business unit to scope, analyze and finalize the business requirements for data warehouse projects.
o Document the requirements and clearly articulate business impact, benefit and project objectives.
61 Development management
o Working with engineering teams to deliver the solutions
o Driving and supervising testing activities
61 Service management
o Provide business support to users to maximize data usability.
61 Relationship management
o Establish and build lasting relationship with business users.
Minimum
61 Qualification
o B.S. or M.S. in business-related or quantitative field (Computing, Economics, Finance, Math, Engineering, or similar discipline)
61 Experience
o 3+ years of experience in business analytics and/or business intelligence
61 Soft skills
o Strong problem solving individually or in a group setting and knowledge of drivers of the business
o Able to manage shifting priorities, while maintaining organization and control
o Excellent verbal or written communication skills in English and Chinese
o Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities and lack of guidance
61 Technical skills
o Advanced Excel
o Strong PowerPoint
o Intermediate SQL skill level
Preferred
61 Experience
o Retail/eCommerce industry working experience
o Marketing, eCommerce or CRM engagement experience
61 Technical skills
o Tableau/Power BI/visualization tools
o Python/R programming language
o Any other forecasting or data analytical platform experience
o Any RPA tools experience (such as Power Automate)
o Microsoft Visio or other charting tools
o Microsoft Project, JIRA, Trello or anything other project management tools
61 Qualifications
o Project management qualification (such as PMBOK or PRINCE II)
o Service management qualification (such as ITIL)
o Business analysis qualification (such as IIBA)
o Testing management experience and qualification
