-Buildandmaintaindashboardsfordailymonitoring,andnewproductlaunches,andinterpretationofbusinessperformance.

-Performad-hocanalysistounderstandbusinesscasesandchallenges,providinginsightsanduncoverselleropportunitiestodrivebusinessgrowth

-Liaisewiththebusinessteamtotranslatebusinessdatarequirementsintotrackingmetricsoranalysisdesigns,andwithdataengineers/dataproductteamtodesigntablestoprovidetherelevantdatarequired,andpullingdataforusage.

-Contributetobusinessstrategyandoveralldirectionthroughtrendidentification,marketinsightsandknowledgeofcommonlyadoptedpracticesinthePaymentsindustry.

任职要求

-Bachelor’s/MasterDegree,preferablyinatechnicalfieldwithexperienceinprogrammingand/orstatisticalanalysis

-Minimum8-10years'workingexperienceinprovidingbusinessinsightthroughdataanalysis,KPItracking,abilitytounlockopportunitiesfrommassdata.

-Expert-levelSQL&Excelskills

-Demonstratedfoundationandapplicationofstatisticalconcepts,hypothesistesting,and/orprobabilityusingstatisticalpackagesforanalyzingdatasets(e.g.R,Python)

-FamiliarwithdashboardtoolslikeTableau,PowerBI,orQlikView

-Stronganalyticalabilitiesandbusinesssense,withattentiontodetail

-Excellentcommunicationskillsandinterpersonalskills.

-E-commerceorpaymentexperienceisaplus
