工程项目管理工程师

• Responsible for programing, compiling and maintenance of the system management for technical center including workflow, institution and methodology for both project and product development

• 负责技术中心信息系统的规划和实施，并在技术中心内部开展系统使用培训

• Responsible for planning and actualizing of information system and carrying out system use training in technical center

• 负责技术中心项目的质量审核，支持工程项目经理完成项目配置、风险和过程质量管理等

• Responsible for quality audit for technical center projects, support engineering project manager to complete project configuration, risk and process quality management

• 负责E-BOM、数模、图纸等数据的维护和管理，包括新产品数据发布审核及零部件和技术文件编号管理

• Responsible for the maintenance and management of E-BOM, 3D models, drawing and other data, including new product data release, and parts and technical document numbering management

• 负责技术中心研发项目变更管理，包括组织协调变更审批工作，跟踪变更实施情况，完成变更后的E-BOM、图纸、数模等的升级受控和变更月度、年度报告等

• Responsible for change management of R&D projects of technical center, including organizing and coordinating change approval, tracking the implementation of change, completing the upgrade of E-BOM, drawings and 3D models after the change, finishing monthly and annual reports of change

• 负责收集和管理技术中心的技术项目资料，协助工程项目经理进行资料的编辑与归档，包括客户技术要求、专利、标准、法规、合同等

• Responsible for collecting and managing the technical project information of technical center, assisting the engineering project manager to edit files, including customer technical requirements, patents, standards, regulations, contracts, etc

• 支持技术中心总监规划、跟踪本地研发能力建设的进展。

• Support TC Director to plan, track the building of local engineering competence.

任职要求 Job Requirements：

• 本科及以上学历，车辆工程 / 机械 / 材料 / 电子等相关专业

• Bachelor degree or above Vehicle engineering/machinery/materials/electronics/ or related majors

• 2年以上相关工作经验

• More than 2 years working experiences

• 汽车行业研发流程体系管理或产品数据管理经验

• Experiences in R&D process or product data management in automotive industry

• 具有工程团队内部项目协调或者项目管理经验

• With experiences of internal coordination within engineering team or project management

• 熟悉IATF16949

Familiar with IATF16949

• 具有一定的财务意识，熟悉一般的财务概念

• Possessed financial awareness and familiar with general financial concepts
