We are seeking a results-driven Sales Force Effectiveness Manager to oversee our Salesforce CRM (SFDC) and play a central role in driving business leads, managing the sales funnel, and influencing sales behavior change to achieve our business objectives.
61 Serve as the primary owner and expert of SFDC, ensuring the system is utilized to its full potential for business reporting and analytics.
61 Develop and implement comprehensive business reporting strategies that provide actionable insights into sales performance and trends.
61 Design automated data reports according to business requirements, integrating various information sources to generate sales performance dashboard that provides real-time visibility into key performance indicators (KPIs).
61 Drive the creation of business leads through data-driven initiatives and effective utilization of SFDC tools and features.
61 Manage the sales funnel process, identifying opportunities for optimization and ensuring a smooth flow of leads from prospecting to closing.
61 Analyze sales data to identify areas for behavior change within the sales force, and develop targeted interventions to enhance sales effectiveness.
61 Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align sales activities with overall business strategies and goals.
61 Provide training and support to the sales team on SFDC utilization, ensuring all users are maximizing the system's capabilities.
61 Continuously monitor and evaluate the performance of SFDC, identifying areas for improvement and implementing upgrades as necessary.
61 Lead the implementation of sales process improvements and best practices, leveraging insights from SFDC data.
职位要求:
- Bachelor degree above
- Minimum of 6 yrs working experience in sales management or a related role
- In-depth knowledge of Salesforce CRM (SFDC) and experience in configuring, customizing, and optimizing the platform for business use
- Logical and strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and translate it into actionable business strategies
- Self-motivated, organized and task oriented
- Strong sense of responsibility and the dedication to work
- Strategic thinking in alternatives
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence and persuade at all levels of the organization
- Experience in training and mentoring sales teams on CRM systems and best practices
- Proficient in data analysis tools such as PowerBI, Tableau, Python, etc.
- Good English writing and speaking skills
