采购主管 Procurement Supervisor

1、Coordinate and manage shipments, custom clearance related to the parkwide rides.

协调、处理乐园相关游乐设备的发货及报关事宜；

2、Handle various contract, bonds, guarantees and letters of credit.

处理各类合同、保函及信用证。

3、Responsible for part of Ride & Show part daily communication/coordinating/bi-weekly meetings.

与部分设备及演艺供应进行日常沟通、协调、组织例会。

4、Assistance in part of Ride & Show’s CO, payments, contract performance.

协助完成部分设备及演艺的变更、付款、合同的履约中的各种情况

5、Assistance in bidding and procurement.

协助完成招标采购工作。

Assist to handle all related issues in the project.

协助处理项目上各类相关事宜。

6、Complete other work as arranged by the senior management.

完成上级安排的其他工作。

二、Job Requirements:

任职要求：

1、Experienced in procurement, customs declaration, customs clearance, letter of guarantee and letter of credit.

有采购、报关、清关、保函及信用证相关工作经验。

2、Bachelor Degree in Relevant Discipline.

本科以上相关专业。

3、Good command of office software.

熟练掌握办公软件操作。

4、Self Starter, Profound sense of responsibility, High integrity, Excellent professional ethics, Fluent in English and Mandarin, be able to handle bilingual meeting and email communication.

工作积极主动，责任心强，正直诚信，有良好的职业操守，中英文流利，能应对双语会议和邮件沟通.

5、The job holder will perform any other reasonable tasks, as requested by superior.
