AR Accountant 应收会计

1. Verify sales records regularly in QAD, including but not limited to cut-off point, sales type, sales account, price, etc., and make sure sales revenue are duly and correctly recognized in line with relevant company policy

2. Issue flawless VAT or export invoice in accordance with customer specified requirements

3. Closely monitor customer payment and report A/R past due in a weekly basis, clear export collection with SAFE to smooth tax refund process

4. Liaise with sales, PC&L and customer counterpart, to close any outstanding A/R issues in a timely and effective manner

5. Be proficient in warranty calculation, budget & forecast

6. Work closely with sales to accrue & track on sales rebate

7. Prepare kinds of management report, such as un-invoice listing, OTS tracking, aging report, cash forecast, etc.

8. Monthly closing for A/R related matters, including:

a. Sales report

b. Account break down and analysis

c. A/R account reconciliation

d. Allied reconciliation

9. others assigned by manager

Skills and Abilities/Qualification:

1. Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting or related field

2. Open minded, passionate, capable to work under pressure

3. Good command of English skill

4. Good communication skill

Experience:

1. Above 3 years working experience in relevant position

2. Working experience in automotive industry is plus

3. Experience of ERP is preferred
