Key responsibilities:
● Leads acoustic sub-system level design and verification responsibility to meet system level acoustic requirements from conceptual designs to end of production for assigned regional applications
● Adherence to global acoustics development process
● Adherence to global acoustics design standards
● Adherence to acoustic requirements
● Adherence to acoustic product and process innovation
● Respect product benchmark and patent database (FTO)
Qualifications/ certifications:
● Strong communication skills with team members, peers and customers
● Data driven problem solving mindset
● In-depth understanding of acoustic technology
● Good understanding of acoustic and flow analysis tools and measurements techniques
● English communication is must
● In-depth understanding of design for manufacturing
● Good understanding the full value stream of engineering product development and release
