Temenos product specialist

- System Implementation & Configuration: Configure and customize Temenos Transact (T24) modules to align with client business processes. Support end-to-end implementation projects.

- Incident & Problem Management: Act as a subject matter expert, collaborating with *** and third-level support teams to resolve incidents and fulfill service requests.

- Analysis & Solution Design: Conduct functional impact analysis for system changes and enhancements. Translate business requirements into functional or technical specifications for development.

- Testing & Quality Assurance: Participate in functional testing, support User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and validate solution performance to ensure robustness and scalability.

- Documentation & Training: Create and maintain clear technical and functional documentation. Develop user training materials and conduct workshops for client teams.

- Collaboration & Communication: Work effectively within cross-functional teams (including business analysts, developers, and project managers) and act as a bridge between technical teams and business stakeholders.
