职位描述
-Set Up PMEA, Control Plan and WI for Production processes and improvement toward Standardized Work ( STW ) - Product BOM preparation
-Calculation and improvement of cycle time toward maximize capacity utilization (Max-Thruput )
-To propose and lead key improvement projects to optimize labor utilization, lower scrap and defective and to improve Material Utilization Index ( MUI)
-Develop and design tools according to process and quality requirement.
-Use of the Lean manufacturing principles for Continuous improvement
-Teamwork with production and Quality teams to solve quality issue and complete process improvements
-To participate in training idefined by the company and training to associates as required
-To localize global desinged products.
-Other tasks assigned by department manager.
Experience Required：
PFMEA & Control Plan knowledge
Rubber or Metal Processing Knowledge
IATF-16949, Six Sigma, Lean Production APQP & PPAP knowledge
Engineering background is preferred
4-10 years working experience with Minimum 3 years experience with Production Process/IE
