EHS专员

1、负责建立及维护公司安全、健康和环境体系，适时更新相关文件记录；

Responsible for establishing and maintaining the company's safety, health and environment system, and timely updating relevant documents and records;

2、EHS相关法律法规的收集、发布，符合性评价

Collect and issue EHS related laws and regulations, and evaluate their compliance

3、 调及执行定期安全检查，当风险存在或发现不安全行为时，与相关部门讨论立即整改行动及长期预防措施。

Coordinate and conduct regular safety inspections, discuss with relevant functions on immediate corrective actions and long-term preventive measures when any risks or unsafe acts are discovered.

4、负责新入职员工和临时工的EHS培训，组织三级安全教育，每年2次的消防演习

Responsible for EHS training of new employees and temporary workers, organizing level 3 safety education and fire drill twice a year

5、监督并与有关职能协作，确保所有特种岗位员工已接受必需的培训，所有特种设备证照齐全。

Monitor and work with relevant functions to ensure all "special position" colleagues obtain required trainings and all "special equipment" have adequate licenses.

6、确保各项检测报告的定期更新，如烟感、避雷、噪音等

Ensure that all inspection reports are updated regularly, e.g. smoke sense, lightning protection, noise etc

7、进行危废管理并对危废处理进行日常监督。

Conduct hazardous waste management and supervise on routine hazardous waste disposal.

8、维护公司应急预案及应急响应系统。(急救物品，洗眼液、灭火器的补充等) 组织、实施和分析演练。

Maintain company’s Emergency Response Plan and Emergency Response system.(Replenish on *** aid kits, eye washing liquids, fire extinguisher, etc) Organize, conduct and analyze drills.

9、防疫卫生相关的文档建立和措施实施。

Establish documents and implement measures related to COVID epidemic prevention

10、主管交办的特殊项目或业务上需要的其它任务。

Special projects and assignments as assigned by superior and required by business.

任职要求：

Requirements：

1、本科或相等教育背景或持有国家注册安全工程师证书；

Bachelor degree in Safety, Industrial Hygiene, or Environmental or equivalent education background or have certified Safety Engineer Certificate；

2、5年以上EHS外企经验，至少3年以上工厂工作经验

At least 5 years working experience in EHS foreign company, at least 3 years working experience in factory.

3、良好的英文听说读写，英语6级；

Good English – oral and written, CET-6;

4、良好的沟通能力和协调能力；

Strong communication and coordination skills;

5、自我激励、热情、态度积极，善于团队合作；

Self-motivated, enthusiastic with a positive attitude and a team player;

6、出色的计算机操作能力；

Excellent PC skills;

7、具有管理和维护ISO45001和ISO14001的丰富知识和技能。

Strong knowledge and skills to manage and maintain ISO45001 & ISO14001.
