Purchasing Engineer 电子器件采购工程师

- Work with HQ colleagues closely for continual cost reduction, quality and delivery improvement from suppliers;

- Market intelligence, new innovation and new technology searching and collection;

- Assist HQ R&D for new project development;

- Negotiate with suppliers about price, contract and commercial terms for new projects;

- Evaluate suppliers risk Management;

- Work with planning department to make sure materials are supplied smoothly;

- Support HQ colleague for procurement strategy establishment;

- Other task assigned by manager.

Qualifications:

- At least 2-3 years experiences in electronic components purchasing process; components production process; cost analysis;

- Have commodity knowledge; SAP/ERP and office software; ISO9001 standard, basic financial knowledge;

- Have negotiation skill, team-work, English communication skill;

- Engineering background is preferable.
