Responsibilities:
Lead Engineer Role:
61 Present convincing and deep technical proposals to customers (in pre-RFQ and RFQ phase)
61 Technical lead in RFQ phase
61 Technical interface to customers during projects (Lead Engineer), together with PM
61 Understand customers technology roadmap, architectures and future antenna / RF portfolio
61 Define predevelopment activities based on above understanding
61 Deep understanding of technical trends related to antenna / RF / telematics
61 Deep understanding of Fuba product portfolio
61 Expand existing expert network with customer engineering
EE Team Lead Role:
61 for the EE Team (disciplinary and technical), good leadership, motivate and grow the team
61 Responsible for the EE team’s standards, technical reports, design checklists & guidelines, equipment WI, etc.
61 Responsible for EE lab management, equipment and anechoic chamber maintenance, usage and
61 Responsible for compliance with customer requirements according project requirement documents
61 Responsible for the quality, milestones, and EE related development costs of the projects
61 Cost Center planning in regards of resources and costs
61 Technical exchange Interface to BSD Electrical engineering, Communication interface to BSD Mechanical Engineering and Validation Engineering.
61 Responsible for development antenna concept and schematic
61 Jointly responsible for meeting the calculated development efforts related to own field of duty
61 Main technical contact for our customers during the project
61 Capable of Simulation, tuning and testing of antenna and electronic circuits
61 Conducting subjective tests and vehicle evaluation according to customer requirements.
61 Accountable for analysis and evaluation of customer (requirements-) specifications in RFQ stage.
61 Preparation of system descriptions (specifications, requirements - and functional specifications)
61 Responsible for presentations regarding technical topics to customers.
61 Ensure the environmental, occupational health and safety requirements will be fulfilled during the development progress, especially the material choice.
Requirements:
61 Master or Bachelor degree in Electronics (focus RF technology) with good to excellent results or comparable technical education with several years of experience
61 5 years of experience / serving in a role managing technical staff and processes
61 At least 8 years of Job-Experience in antenna or RF amplifier development
61 Good knowledge of product development process and company disciplines.
61 High intellectual and physical bandwidth/ capacity.
61 Ability to delegate and control tasks
61 Driver license; willingness to travel national and international
61 Flexibility responsibility, powerful execution
61 Very structured and logical mind- set.
61 Team player, Excellent communication skills and self-confident manner internally and externally
61 Good language skills in English both verbal and writing.
Salary negotiable for this position.
