DSP高级软件开发工程师

- Responsible for digital design hardware configuration definition

- Responsible for project documentation, including but not limited to specifications, flowcharts and state diagrams.

- Ensures quality and on time deliverables.

- Implementation of new platforms

- Provide technical support/guidance to firmware/software engineers

- Provide training to firmware/software engineers

Requirement:

- Minimum 3 years working experience in digital control power supply

- Knowledge in Embedded Controller and Digital Signal Processor required

- Proficient in popular embedded control languages such as “C” and assembly languages.

- Proficient in popular development environment and debugging techniques.

- Sound knowledge on control theory important

- Experience in real-time operating system an advantage

- Hardware and peripherals design knowledge / experience important

- Knowledge and experience on CMMI an advantage

- Working experience in supervisory position preferred, candidate without supervisory experience will be considered.

- Good command of English/Chinese, both written and spoken

- Good communication skills

职位要求:

- 最少有3年的数字开关电源工作经验

- 需要具有嵌入式控制器和数字信号处理器的知识

- 熟练掌握嵌入式控制器通常语言，如C 和汇编语言

- 熟练掌握通用的软件开发环境和代码调试能力（IDE和Debug）

- 有一定的自动控制理论知识

- 拥有实时操作系统的使用经验者优先

- 有硬件和外围设备设计经验或基础知识尤为重要

- 对软件能力成熟度模型集成（CMMI）有了解或有过工作经验更好

- 熟练掌握英文和中文说写

- 较好的沟通能力
