Working experience 工作经验：

61 At least 3 years similar working experience

至少 3 年以上的相关工作经验

Knowledge and Certificate 知识及证书：

61 SAP or ERP knowledge, operation experience

有 SAP 或 ERP 知识，有操作经验

61 Experience in import and export, overseas shipping, etc…

有进出口清关及国际货运操作经验

Skill and competency 技能及任职能力：

61 Integrity, good team work

诚实守信、良好的团队合作

61 Good communication and systematic working skills

良好的沟通能力及条理化的工作方式

61 Good SAP operation skill

良好的 SAP 操作技能

61 Be familiar with office software

熟练掌握办公软件的应用

61 Good English language skills

61 Arrange overseas cargo shipping 安排出口货物运输

61 Tracking outbound shipment 跟踪出口货物的物流状态

61 Create shipping paper for export 创建出口单据

61 Collect customs clearance information and define HS code

收集物料清关信息并确认 HS 编码

61 Check the terms of the L/C and apply for the certificate of origin etc.

检查信用证相关条款并申请原产地证等相关出口单证

61 Related SAP transaction operation SAP

系统物流相关业务的操作

61 Handle other tasks assigned by team leader or the supervisor/manager
