This position is responsible for maintaining the integrity of the Bio-Rad Pricing Policy through day-to-day administration of the Bio-Rad Pricing Procedures and to ensure full compliance by all stakeholders the company and third parties.
The primary responsibility is to support the execution of pricing strategies through data analysis, reporting, and the development of pricing tools. This includes monitoring pricing trends, maintaining pricing systems, and providing operational support in strategic pricing decisions.
Responsibilities
Pricing Process & Governance
Leverage Power BI and Python to improve the existing Annual Price Review Process.
Create and maintain a centralized database for storing List Price and Net Distributor Prices by region.
Utilize SharePoint List and Power Automate to track pricing requests and approvals.
Provide user support, including training and troubleshooting system errors.
Ensure pricing governance by aligning system workflows, discounting, and pricing processes with company policies and compliance requirements.
Pricing Reports & Systems
Assist in generating reports and dashboards to monitor price variance, profit margins and discount trends for the business.
Maintain and update the pricing database to ensure accuracy and accessibility.
Support the consolidation of pricing data across APAC to enable data-driven decision making.
Design pricing activity reports and perform routine maintenance to provide visibility of pricing activities.
Pricing Support & Collaboration
Support the annual price review of List Price and Net Distributor Price Lists.
Assist in responding to pricing inquiries and exception requests.
Ensure proper supporting documentation of approved price quotes that enable accurate contracting at the point of final sale.
Train and proactively communicate Bio-Rad pricing policies and price quote exception procedures to the Sales team.
Requirements:
Bachelors Degree
Experience: List minimum years and types of experience required to be considered for the position.
Minimum 5 years experience as a Pricing Analyst and/or in similar industry is preferred
