- Identifying the quality requirements and standards for the project and product. E.g., QASL, APQP, SIA, LPA, etc.

- Systematic development of blade suppliers & internal blade manufacturing plants (follow APQP principles) including QASL, SIA and LPA

- Execute during launches the quality processes and ensures the right people are present to support in cooperation with industrial engineering (NPI)

Requirements:

- Technical background with a bachelor’s or Master’s degree in engineering or similar

- Strong analytical /problem solving.

- Composite (blade) experience is preferred.

- Methodological knowledge in the field of quality management (e.g. APQP4Wind, Ishikawa, FMEA, control plans).

- Very good knowledge of spoken and written English.Ability to work in different business cultures. Performs a variety of tasks & Works under general supervision.

- Team player with good communication skills for independent cross-divisional activity.

- Excellent negotiation and communication skills.

- Extensive travel required
