1、负责公司订单的日常排产、跟踪工作，对异常情况及时反馈与协调，确保订单的准时交付。

2、负责订单合同的签订和保管存档并登记合同台账，确保合同签订的及时性和准确性。

3、负责客户的往来邮件和电话沟通，定期维护客户，及时处理反馈投诉，提升客户满意度。

4、有国外参展对接经验和国外客户开发经验优先。

5、领导交办的其它事项。

1、大专及以上学历

2、三年及以上国外客户、订单管理经验

3、英语口语流利（必须）

Job Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for the daily scheduling and tracking of the company's orders, timely feedback and coordination of abnormal situations, and ensure the on-time delivery of orders

2. Responsible for the signing, keeping, archiving and registration of the contract contract to ensure the timeliness and accuracy of the contract signing

3. Responsible for customer email and telephone communication, regular maintenance of customers, timely handling of feedback and complaints, and continuous improvement of customer satisfaction

4. Foreign exhibition docking experience and foreign customer development experience is preferred.

Competency and Qualification：

1. College degree or above.

2. At least three years of customer and order management experience

3. Fluent spoken English
