Main Responsibilities

61 Design, execute and document experiments on Metal ThinFilm process development

61 Plan, execute characterizations on the processes, analyze and document results

61 Work closely with product team for product design and performance enhancement

61 Provide innovative process solutions to address critical problems in semiconductor processing technologies

61 Create documents and manuals for training and conduct training in hands-on or classroom settings

61 Generate IP and produce technical papers on process, equipment, and device integration

61 Write and present project updates

Key Requirements:

61 Ideally PhD degree in engineering or science with track record of innovation

61 2+ years in the semiconductor / equipment process & manufacturing industry. Technology development experience in a Si fab is preferred

61 Familiar with thin film characterizations (such as XRD, XRF, SIMS, 4-point probe, Hall measurements, SEM & TEM, PL, Raman etc)

61 Fundamental knowhow of semiconductor devices & process integration is a plus

61 Demonstrated ability to develop and characterize deposition processes using ***-principles and experimental design techniques (e.g. DOE)
