JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

工作职责：

1. Prepare payment vouchers. Keep books for purchase cycle.

编制付款凭证，负责采购循环的核算；

2. Issue invoices to customers. Keeping books for sales cycle.

开具发票，负责销售循环的核算；

3. Keep accounts reconciled with vendors and manage creditors for working capital consideration.

与供应商对账，根据营运资金要求管理应付款项；

4. Keep accounts reconciled with customers and ensure debtors are paid in full in time.

与客户对账，确保款项及时足额收回；

5. Keep accounts reconciled with inter companies.

与关联公司对账，确保账目一致；

6. In charge of data input and document filing for VAT refunding.

负责出口退税的数据输入及归档；

7. Prepare reports and statements required by SAFE.

准备外管要求的相关报告和报表；

8. Fulfill the VAT return monthly in time.

每月按时完成增值税申报；

9. Other related jobs to ensure finance department functions well.

执行其他相关职责以确保财务部正常运作。
