IT Engineer/Supervisor

2. Responsible for the implementation of virtualization services and routine management of VMS, including backup, restoration restore, and failover of virtualization platforms;

3. Support local users to solve system/application problems in a timely manner, including submitting tickets, coordinating, contacting and tracking maintenance progress with relevant parties of the group, confirming repair quality, and ensuring continuous daily operation;

4. Support the maintenance and management of local users' SAP system and MES system related issues;

5. Daily desktop operation and maintenance of office computers and production computers hardware and software maintenance, system installation and upgrade, common software installation, hardware overhaul, telephone system and printing system daily maintenance, etc.;

6. IT fixed assets and spare parts management, fixed assets maintenance, fixed assets inventory, spare parts procurement and inventory management, etc. Professional Experience:

7. Work closely with Global IT team to support the IT project design and implementation;

8. Coordinate with external IT vendors for system integration and maintenance of IT infrastructure
