Position Summary:
Fully understand industry motor application and design standard. Lead the design team to quickly respond to customer needs.
Major Responsibilities:
61 Lead the small motor design team and arrange daily engineering order to fulfill the delivery time.
领导小电机设计团队，安排日常的设计订单以满足正常交货。
61 Provide quotations properly to get more orders and customize the motor design to meet customer requirements.
快速合理地提供询报价，以获得更多订单，定制电机设计以满足客户要求。
61 Ensure the design can meet the time, design document accuracy to reduce the manufacturing efforts.
确保设计能够满足时间、设计文件的准确性，使后续制造流程更高效。
61 Lead the team to conduct VCP projects for cost saving and NPD projects to gain new products market.
带领团队开展 VCP 项目以节省成本，开展 NPD 项目以获得新产品市场。
61 Provide engineering and technical support for cross-functional teams including manufacturing, supply chain and quality.

61 Manage and coach team complying to the standards and processes, and make team stronger。

Required Education / Experience / Skills:
61 Bachelor's degree or above in mechanical and electrical engineering discipline
机械或电气工程专业，本科及以上学历
61 Over 10 years’ experience of industrial motor mechanical and electrical design
10 年以上工业电机结构和电磁设计经验
61 Proficiency with industrial motor applications and design, especially small motors
精通工业电机应用和设计，尤其是小型电机
61 Strong problem-solving skills
较强的问题解决能力
61 Good communication and teamwork
