86 Coordinate with KR sourcing team and other cross function teams to find out quick solution for quality issue improvement.

86 Monitor the problem-solving process of quality related issues.

86 Collect original defective products and related documents. Make OD claim to KR sourcing team.

86 Manage defective product inventory and disposal process.

86 Analyze data of quality management work, regularly summarize quality issues, and propose improvement and preventive measures.

86 Timely response and resolve the quality issues which raised by customers or feedback from market.

86 Work out training methods for warehouse team to improve working processes.

86 Assigned adhoc tasks by team leader, to make sure products smooth delivery with meeting brand’s quality standard.

EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS REQUIREMENT

86 Bacheller degree, with 5+ years working experience in quality assurance/control for garments.

86 Familiar with QAL standard and inspection procedures.

86 Good knowledge of the fabric/garment manufacturing process, including knitted, woven, denim and accessories.

86 Good communication in English.

86 Good with MS Excel, Word, PPT.

86 Good analytical skills and logical thinking with paying high attention to details.

86 A team player who has communication skills and ability to work under pressure.
