Responsible for the arrangement and management of staff in the foaming/leather sewing/assembly area.

Ensure the delivery and quality of production and apply tools to control production to avoid NOK products.

Responsible for the initialization and improvement of APS.

Responsible for training and coaching the team leader and operators.

Complete other tasks assigned by supervisors.

Coordinate with equipment/process/quality/project teams.

Ensure on-time delivery.

Responsible for support equipment engineer to implement TPM.

Autonomous driving force, continuous improvement.

Quality Environment & Occupational Safety and Health Responsibilities:

Understand the company's quality environment & occupational safety and health policy, cooperate with the implementation of the company's relevant management regulations, comply with relevant laws and regulations.
