液压机械设计结构工程师

Position Purpose职位目的：

Design lifting appliances & components for vessels as instructed.

按照指示设计船用起吊设备及其它零部件。

Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities 主要责任与职责：

1. Responsible for hydraulic system design, parameter calculation, component selection and system integration; draw hydraulic schematics, assembly drawings and parts drawings, and compile technical documents (BOM, specifications, etc.)

负责液压系统方案设计、参数计算、元件选型及系统集成；绘制液压原理图、装配图及零部件图纸，编制技术文档（BOM、规格书等）。

2. Conduct hydraulic system dynamic characteristics simulation analysis to optimize system performance; participate in prototype testing, analyze data and propose improvement plans; solve hydraulic system failures in production, assembly and customer sites;

进行液压系统动态特性仿真分析，优化系统性能；参与样机测试，分析数据并提出改进方案；解决生产、装配及客户现场出现的液压系统故障。

3. Optimize design plans, reduce system costs, improve reliability, participate in new project development, formulate hydraulic system development plans and track progress;

优化设计方案，降低系统成本，提升可靠性，参与新项目开发，制定液压系统开发计划并跟踪进度。

4. Solve hydraulic system failures in production, assembly and customer sites, provide technical guidance, and assist the production department to complete hydraulic system commissioning.

解决生产、装配及客户现场出现的液压系统故障，提供技术指导，协助生产部门完成液压系统调试。

Essential工作要求:

1. Bachelor’s degree or above, major in mechanical engineering, fluid transmission and control, hydraulic and pneumatic technology, automation, power engineering and other related majors;

本科及以上学历，机械工程、流体传动与控制、液压与气动技术、自动化、动力工程等相关专业。

2. More than 3 years of experience in hydraulic system design or related fields, those with experience in hydraulic system development in engineering machinery, lifting appliance, marine equipment are preferred;

3年以上液压系统设计或相关领域工作经验，有工程机械、起重设备、海洋设备等领域液压系统开发经验者优先。

3. Proficient in hydraulic principles, selection and design of hydraulic components (pumps, valves, cylinders, pipelines, etc.); Proficient in 2D/3D graphics software. Understand hydraulic system testing methods and fault diagnosis technology;

熟练掌握液压原理、液压元件（泵、阀、缸、管路等）选型与设计；精通2D/3D绘图软件及工具；了解液压系统测试方法及故障诊断技术。

Desirable工作技能:

1. Experience in structure design and calculation or maritime lifting appliance design will be given priority.

具有结构设计及计算或者起重设备设计经验优先考虑。

2. Priority is given to those with more than 3 years of experience in marine equipment research and development.

具有海洋装备研发3年以上工作经验优先。

3. Fluent in written and verbal English.

良好的英语读写能力。
