MAIN ACTIVITIES 主要活动

61 Take the main responsibility to manage the customs affairs. 担任公司关务***管理者，负责处理关务相关的所有事务

61 Strategy: contribute the development of the company strategy. Develop and implement operations short/mid term strategies 战略：执行公司的战略，制定工厂级的中长期发展策略

61 Team management: lead and develop operations team to optimize organization structure and ensure they are qualified and motivated团队管理：优化组织架构，保证团队的能力和战斗力

61 Budget: work out with other departments the budget for site to meet company objectives in safety, health, environment, quality, service, cost and productivity.预算：与其它部门合作，做出预算，达到公司在安全、质量、服务、成本及生产力方面的要求

61 System and procedure: optimize systems and procedures to comply with legal, corporate and customers’ requirements. Control risk and improve efficiency系统及流程：不断地优化公司的系统和流程，以满足法律、总部及客户的要求。控制风险，提高效率

61 CAPEX: take a lead in developing and implementing CAPEX plan to support compliance, profitability and growth 投资：带领并推动公司在合规性、盈利利和业务增长方面的投资项目

61 Others: be site approval for company chop usage, employee attendance, overtime, salary changes, allowance incentive scheme, purchasing requisition order, contracts, payment, MOC and other site related change documents.其它：负责审批公章使用、员工考勤、工资 变化，订单采购，合同，付款，变更等相关的文件
