职位描述
Responsibility :
Responsible for developing and communicating demand requirements for external suppliers, for authorizing them to execute a build plan in support of Business requirements.
Follow up suppliers on order acknowledgement, delivery plan and shipping schedule to ensure materials and products ordered could arrive on schedule.
Support planner to well control material inventory value and level.
Drive the continuous improvement for better material management and cost control and support localize the qualified products/vendors for better supply
Deal with supplier material quality problems and communicate with QA.
Follow up and maintaining Key metrics, performance, report based on collected data.
Requirement
5years working experience as buyer, experience in planning is a plus.
Working experience in ERP system, SAP or other systems.
High sense of responsibility and initiatives, self-motivated, good team player and the ability to work with a wide cross-section of people in various locations.
Fluent oral and written English and mandarin
Computer skills, Word, Excel and PPT skills
Good communication and negotiation skill
