Key Responsibilities :
Develop and implement sales strategies and plans to achieve sales and financial targets.
Manage and develop relationships and specification positions with current owner and engineering clients.
Identify, pursue, negotiate, develop and implement specifications and product recommendations with owner and engineering clients.
Develop new business through visiting new owners / engineering accounts and proposing the appropriate coating systems.
Liaise with owner accounts, engineering houses for the project coordination.
Collaborate with internal teams, such as regional sales, technical support, to deliver the service to clients and achieve the sales targets.
Fully utilize Salesforce (CRM), input/analyze sales data, track performance, and make decision based on data analysis.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in chemical engineering or related field
Minimum 5 years working experience in technical support or similar commercial role
The industry background is required, such as coatings, equipment or similar
Sound knowledge of industry codes, practices and certification of materials
Professional qualification of NACE, FROSIO or equivalent is preferred
